Drop us a line! Tell us about your planned arrival/delivery and what items or products you need at least one week before delivery date. Below in our “frequently asked questions” is our grocery list format. After we receive your order, Mountain Charm will call to review details, take payment information and confirm your reservation. Your groceries will be delivered and neatly arranged in pantry/freezer/refrigerator. You will receive a text and photo letting you know the items have been delivered. If for any reason your delivery is running late, you will be notified with an estimated time of delivery. **Please note** Deliveries can sometimes be delayed due to complications with prior tenants, entry to unit, cleaning service schedules and holidays or events occurring with road closures.

We shop primarily at Ingles in Brevard and in Cashiers. Specialty stores are by request. Extra fee may apply. Please don’t hesitate to ask. 


There is never a mark-up of prices. The prices are exactly the same as they are in the store, including sales, promotions and specials. We take advantage of all savings and pass them along to you. A copy of your sales receipt is provided for every purchase.


We consider it a required part of doing business to keep your food fresh. Handling your food is an honor and we are privileged that you allow us to serve you. Frozen and cold foods are packed with ice packs and in coolers while in transit from the store to your location. We have the best practices in place when we take possession of your products that ensure the highest safety standards and keep our customers safe.
